Bridgewater Grill

Bridgewater Grill is an American restaurant at 800 11th St in Golden, inside The Golden Hotel. The kitchen leans on Colorado-sourced ingredients, with starters like house-made hummus, smoked trout dip, crispy Brussels sprouts and steamed mussels, plus a prime rib French dip, a salmon BLTA, craft burgers and entrées such as a Colorado filet, seared salmon, chicken piccata and a grilled rib-eye.

Desserts include flourless chocolate cake, creme brulee and a white chocolate cheesecake. There is a separate children's menu, a beer list with Colorado options and gluten-free choices, and a weekday happy hour. Reservations are accepted, and diners can register for up to two hours of complimentary parking at the host stand.
