Bin 707 Foodbar is a casual, full-service restaurant in Downtown Grand Junction, serving seasonal American cuisine built around local, Colorado and domestic sources. Husband-and-wife team Jodi and Josh Niernberg founded it in 2009 to create a sense of place through hospitality and cuisine in Western Colorado.
