Devil’s Kitchen

Devil's Kitchen is a rooftop restaurant at the Hotel Maverick, 840 Kennedy Avenue in Grand Junction. It takes its name from the rock formations in the Colorado National Monument and looks out over that landscape. The kitchen describes its menu as regionally inspired and built on ingredients from local farmers, herdsmen and artisans, alongside a craft cocktail program.

The menu runs from Hatch green chili dip and shrimp ceviche tostadas to a Devil's Burger with roasted green chilis, steak frites, Colorado paella and Rocky Mountain elk chops. Brunch, lunch, dinner and a daily happy hour are served, and many dishes are marked vegetarian or gluten-friendly. Catering and private events are available, live music is part of the weekly events, and reservations are recommended.
