Description
Chinook Tavern is a family-owned restaurant and bar at 6380 S Fiddlers Green Cir in Greenwood Village, run for more than 20 years by three generations of the Georg family. Chef Markus trained in Europe and cooks European-American dishes, including fondue, wings, pizzas, schnitzel tacos, fried brie and a charcuterie board. The bar pours wine, draft beer and signature cocktails.
The restaurant has several private banquet rooms for events, plus the Zermatt Room, which is dedicated to fondue and raclette. A coffee bar, lunch, dinner and a weekday happy hour are all part of the day, and reservations are accepted.
