Blackstock Bistro

Blackstock Bistro is an American restaurant at 122 W Tomichi Ave in downtown Gunnison, Colorado. Opened in 2014, it is run by Chef and owner Luke Martin, who cooks from scratch. The menu pairs shareable small plates and sides with larger entrées, including seared scallops, fish tacos, a prime rib eye, grilled salmon and Japanese curry. There are also soups, salads, desserts and a children's menu.

On Wednesdays the kitchen switches to a ramen menu with pick-up available. The bar offers cocktails, martinis, wine by the glass or bottle, and draft and bottled beer. Happy hour and reservations are available, and an upstairs private room can be booked for parties of 20 or more. Call to reserve a table.
