Sierra

Sierra is an American restaurant at 10680 Cabela Dr in Lone Tree, Colorado, built around a woodfired kitchen. The menu includes rotisserie chicken, baby back ribs finished on the wood grill, steaks, salmon and halibut, along with Southwestern dishes such as crispy chile rellenos, Santa Fe enchiloda, sizzling fajitas and Grandma's green chile.
