Description
Black Cat Farmstead is a farm restaurant at 9889 N 51st St in Longmont. Black Cat began in 2006 as a small bistro in downtown Boulder, founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, and moved to the farmstead in the fall of 2024. The restaurant describes its cooking as Front Range cuisine, shaped by the land and the season, with a menu that changes daily.
Dinners are served alfresco among the gardens on a working farmstead, supported by the couple's 425-acre certified organic farm, which raises vegetables, sheep, pigs, heritage chickens and turkeys, and geese.
