Description
Timberline Craft Kitchen & Cocktails is an independent, locally owned restaurant at 246 Rainbow Dr in Silverthorne, Colorado. Husband and wife Tanecia and Joe Spagnolia opened it in November 2019. The kitchen cooks a New American menu with global influences and sources from small Colorado businesses where it can. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, and the menu changes with the seasons.
The menu runs from shareables like burrata, bone marrow, crispy chicken wings and Colorado bison sliders to burgers, paninis, salads and brunch plates such as braised short rib with eggs. The bar pours rotating Colorado craft beer, wines and handcrafted cocktails, plus a few mocktails. Takeout, online ordering, reservations, catering and happy hour are available.
