Description
Handlebars Food and Saloon is an American restaurant at 1323 Greene St in Silverton, Colorado. The Boden family opened it in 1989, and it is set up with western decor meant to recall the old boom-town days of this former mining town. A Model T parked out front marks the spot.
The menu covers soups, sandwiches, salads, chili and Chuckwagon Specials, along with a dinner menu, burgers, drinks and food for kids. The bar pours a house-labeled Handlebars beer. A small mercantile sells barbecue sauce, Cream of Green Chili soup mix and souvenir shirts and caps.
