Description
221 South Oak is a New American restaurant in a refurbished historic home at 221 S Oak St in Telluride, steps from the Gondola. It is run by owner and chef Eliza, who bought the restaurant in 2000 and has appeared on Bravo's Top Chef. The restaurant describes its setting as intimate, with a wine list drawn from around the world.
The full-service bar and lounge serves artisanal cocktails, and in summer there are two patios and a small "parklette" for outdoor dining. Seating requests can be made for outdoor tables but are not guaranteed. Reservations are accepted by phone or through OpenTable, and takeout, catering and private event rental are available. Vegetarian and vegan options are offered.
