Timber Room

Timber Room is a lounge-style restaurant and bar at the Madeline Hotel and Residences in Telluride's Mountain Village, with a fireplace, a central bar and covered, heated outdoor dining. The cocktail program features signature drinks and seasonal creations, and the bar has been named one of America's best outdoor bars by Travel + Leisure.

The menu is organized into Graze, Devour, Big Boards and Delight. It covers small plates such as deviled eggs, a soft pretzel with beer cheese, charcuterie and a seafood tower, plus a steak with fries, rainbow trout, a smash burger and shareable steakhouse cuts. Reservations are accepted, and catering is available. This location is at 569 Mountain Village Blvd, part of the Auberge Collection hotel.
