Beano’s Cabin

Beano's Cabin is a log restaurant set in an on-mountain meadow at the base of Larkspur Bowl on Beaver Creek Mountain, reached by complimentary shuttle or on horseback. Dinner is a five-course meal built around local game, rustic Colorado fare, and fresh herbs and vegetables, with an open kitchen so guests can watch the chefs work.

The cabin is named for Polish immigrant Frank Bienkowski, known as "Beano," who homesteaded the meadow nearly a century ago. The restaurant opened in 1986 and holds a AAA Four Diamond designation. Reservations are required and can be made by phone at (970) 754-3463 or by email. The cabin also hosts weddings, private buy-outs and group dinners for parties of 20 to 150 guests.
