Paradox Grille is the main restaurant at Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa on CO-141 in Gateway, Colorado. It serves laid-back Southwestern and continental dishes alongside craft cocktails, with breakfast, lunch and dinner on the menu and a separate kids menu. The restaurant says it is named for the unusual path the nearby Dolores River takes through Paradox Valley.
Upstairs, a gaming loft with a pool table, shuffleboard and other games stays open for families and friends after the meal. Guests can also order from the Grille through in-room dining, and the restaurant is available for private events of up to 75 guests. Walk-ins are welcome.
