Cache Cache Aspen

Cache Cache is a French and modern American restaurant at 205 S Mill St in Aspen, open since 1987. The kitchen builds its cooking on a classical French foundation and describes the food as unpretentious and clean, with an emphasis on Colorado farms and local ingredients whenever possible.

The menu moves from salads, escargots and French onion soup to housemade pastas, Colorado rack of lamb, filet mignon and rotisserie chicken, with a vegan stir fry among the entrées.
