Description
Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro is a European-style cabin restaurant at the top of the Cloud Nine lift at Aspen Highlands, at 76 Boomerang Rd in Aspen. It serves Alps-inspired continental cooking, with fondue and raclette at lunch alongside steak tartare, caviar and daily specials. Chocolate fondue is on the dessert menu, and the wine list includes international varieties and Champagne.
The restaurant serves brunch, lunch and weekly snowcat dinners, plus an après session with a DJ for guests 21 and older. It is reached ski-in, ski-out with limited foot traffic, and reservations are required. Catering and private events are also available through Aspen Snowmass Weddings & Catering.
