Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro Aspen Highlands

Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro is a European-style cabin restaurant at the top of the Cloud Nine lift at Aspen Highlands, reached ski-in, ski-out with limited foot traffic. The kitchen turns out Alps-inspired continental cooking, with Swiss favorites like fondue and raclette alongside steak tartare, caviar and daily specials. Chocolate fondue is on the dessert menu, and the wine list rotates through international bottles and Champagne.

It serves brunch, lunch and snowcat dinners, plus an après seating that is limited to guests 21 and older. Reservations are required, and the restaurant also offers catering and private events through Aspen Snowmass Weddings & Catering.
