Zach’s Cabin

Zach's Cabin is a full-service restaurant on the mountainside above Bachelor Gulch in Avon, Colorado, serving European mountain cuisine with an Alsatian focus. Guests arrive by sleigh or shuttle from Bachelor Gulch Village, and the dining room has a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and views of the Gore Range.

The menu draws on Alsatian classics such as braised local short ribs and house-made pierogis, alongside seasonal dishes like a citrus winter greens salad, with a selection of wines to pair. Dinner is offered Thursday through Monday, and lunch is limited to signature club members. A full bar, outdoor seating and takeout are available, and reservations are accepted by phone or through the reservation link.
