La Creperie & French Bakery is a family-owned French restaurant and bakery in Fort Collins, founded in 2009 by Jean Claude Lucas, whose baking roots go back to Brittany. The menu centers on sweet crepes, savory buckwheat galettes and breakfast dishes served all day, including French toast, build-your-own omelettes and eggs Benedict. Galettes are available gluten free, Halal or vegetarian.
