Schwartz’s Krautburger Kitchen

Schwartz's Krautburger Kitchen is a family-run spot on 35th Avenue in Greeley, Colorado, serving krautburgers: pockets of baked bread dough filled with steamed cabbage, ground beef, onions and spices. The Schwartz family opened its first location in Evans in 1988 and later consolidated it with this Greeley kitchen. They also run a food truck that serves at community events.
