The Dean Public House is a bar and restaurant at 412 Nevava St in Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado. It describes its menu as hand crafted cocktails, tap beer and sharable mountain tapas made from scratch.
The building has a long past. Captain Thomas J. Dean built a log cabin on the site in 1873 and opened the town's first saloon, and the property later became the McQueary House, Davis Cottages and The Stagecoach Stop. The current owners bought the inn in 2016 and opened the restaurant in 2017. Reservations are accepted online.
