Description
Left Bank Restaurant serves traditional French cuisine in a fine dining setting at 183 Gore Creek Dr in Vail Village. Chef and owner Jean-Michel Chelain prepares each dish from scratch, with French classics such as Dover Sole Meunière and Côte de Boeuf, plus lobster bisque, escargots and duck foie gras on the dinner menu.
Soufflés, a tableside-flambéed Baked Alaska and a French cheese assortment round out the menu, alongside a seasonal cocktail list and a wine selection chosen by the owner. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made through OpenTable or by phone. The restaurant also offers custom catering, from hors d'oeuvres trays to full events, planned through a conversation with the chef.
