About South Broadway (SoBo)
South Broadway is a long commercial corridor on Denver's near south side. The stretch we cover runs from 1st Avenue south to I-25 and takes in parts of the Baker and Platt Park neighborhoods. Broadway itself is one of Denver's major north-south streets, and in this section it is lined with independent shops, bars and restaurants, with residential blocks just to the east and west.
SoBo is generally known as a place to go out in the evening, though it also has plenty of daytime coffee and bakery stops. Overland sits just to the south and west of this stretch of Broadway, so it is easy to combine a meal here with other parts of the city.
